Geosciences

The geosciences at IUP cover everything from astronomy to oceanography to stratigraphy, and pull in information from across the scientific spectrum. Physics, mathematics, chemistry, environmental studies, ecology – all of these various disciplines contribute to the wealth of scientific information available in the geosciences. Because they are so broad, you may see resources in this guide that are found in other guides. However, this list should point you in the right direction for finding essential research information in geoscience.
